How does one become a professional hair stylist in another country?

I am starting school at the end of summer for cosmetology, and I just wanted to know like say I'm in NY now and then I want to go to another country (Venezuela) in a maybe two years. How would I go about this? Would it be possible to work there?How does one become a professional hair stylist in another country?

i have worked with many stylist throught the years that had been hairdressers in another country most of them learned by watching other stylists and then they get tought from the other stylist in the shop...so they told me
