Is it fun being a hair stylist? Or would it be fun to you?

I was just wondering if it is fun to be a hair stylist or to do people's hair for them. What is it like? Is it fun getting to meet new people and socialize all day? Is it fun to make people look and feel good about themselves? I was just asking because one of my friends is going to be a hair stylist at an upscale salon so I was just wondering.Is it fun being a hair stylist? Or would it be fun to you?
Its fun when you don't have someone in your chair that is on the rag or hasn't showered in over a week. Trendier salons bring in more attractive people of course. If you can make it through beauty college and the first business building years then you can pick and chose where you work and who you have as clients. You just have to pray that someone doesn't walk in with jet black hair asking if you can make them look like Tori Spelling. That is sometimes a let down when you have to explain the cost and how long its gonna take. It has its ups and downs. Good luck.Is it fun being a hair stylist? Or would it be fun to you?
