Alright. Go to the blacksmith. Then take a left. You will see a tailor, but ignore that. Keep going. You should see, if you keep looking up, a sign that I think has some scissors on it, or some picture different from tailors. Watch that carefully. It's the last store in that whole road.
There should be a lady with a tall, pink thing on her head in there. She has hair dyes, hair styles, make-up, and beards.
