Are you supposed to tip your hair stylist if they work from home?

My hair stylist works from her home and I always tip her... some of my friends told me I shouldnt do that since all the money goes to her and she works from home..but I feel like I should tip her... which is correct?Are you supposed to tip your hair stylist if they work from home?
I am ahairstylist for 15 years,,, and the Truth is this,,,





Always TIP your hairstylist if they work alone, or are employed by someone,,, you have NO idea what we can do or not do, to make your color or style look that much better,





NEVER TIP your hairstylist if they fk your hair up!! OR if they own a salon and have 2 or more Employeees working for them!!

I do not feel you should tip your hair stylist at all,if they do a good job tell your friends and get them more business. My stylist told me this,he'd rather have the business then my tip.
If she does a good job, I tip as it's more about acknowledging that you appreciate what she did then giving her money that will go to her instead of who she rents from.
You don't tip the boss,just the employee.
