well i live in annapolis too and ive been to a few places...dont go to regis in the mall they suck, personally i like bubbles in the harbor center. my dads girlfriend has really curly hair and she went and they did a good job. i like this girl named nicole there she did a very good job on my hair (its wavy)I live in Annapolis, Maryland and I need a hair stylist that is good at cutting curly hair.
