I have received a few offers to hang out with some of my clients outside work. I'm married and these invitations come from guys who know I'm married and want my husband to come along too. I've had young guys want me to go see them play at there high school football games, an older gentlemean invited me and my husband to visit him and his wife on there ranch this summer... bbq's..kids bday parties, stuff like that. Would it be weird to say yes?Is it appropriate to ask your hair stylist to hang out?
I think it would be okay, if you are actually close to the person. Would you really feel comfortable going to a high school football game and cheering for some teenager that you barely knew?? I would always include you husband on your trips especially if its a man asking you to come alongIs it appropriate to ask your hair stylist to hang out?
It would depend on how well you've gotten to know them. My hairdresser has offered for me to go to her place to show me her home made greeting cards (I was talking about wanting to get into that kind of thing), but I've known her for quite some time now. Indeed, how do you feel about going to some kid's high school game? I definitely think as well, that you should always include your husband, in case they are thinking of something else. And like someone else said, watch for any changes in their face and then you'll know. Otherwise, I don't think it's weird. Just go with your gut. Never agree (although I'm sure you wouldn't anyway) to hang out with some guy on your own even if its just to lunch or something. Things could get complicated, as I'm sure you know.
wouldnt be weird. when you answer just involve your husband in your answer some how like.. yes me and my husband will bring this for your bbq he makes them great. just so they know you want nothing else. if you notice a change in there look like o i didnt want him to come or o great then you know there intentions. but if they are like awesome cant wait then go for it!!!
~only if your husband is the jealous type. And ONLY if he does not come along~
