Like whats the best school to go to?
And do you need to have good grades in high school?
Also how much do you get paid?
Whats the best place to live if you want to be a sucessfull hair stylist? What are the requirements for being a hair stylist?
Many Hair Stylist school certificate programs can be completed in as little as nine months of full-time study. Some schools also offer Associates degrees for students who complete general education coursework. The curriculum of Hair Stylist school certificate programs consists of hands-on classes and real-life experiences. Required classes may include basic hair design, salon services, salon management, retail sales and marketing, workplace communication, hair color, haircutting, skin care and cosmetology law. In every state, Hair Stylists must earn license.
You don't need very good grades. Almost anyone can become a hair stylist.
As a hairstylist you can choose how much you make. If you really apply yourself and become very good at your trade you can make lots of money. You can make $8 an hour or $800 an hour depending on how much you want to work it and spend mastering your trade.
It doesn't matter where you live. Everyone needs their hair cut, but obviously New York or LA would probably be the ideal spot. That way you could possibly get a job with a major company headquarter, etc.
Hope this all helps!!!
