What is the politaly correct way to ask for a ';gay'; hair stylist in an add?

I am a DaySpa Coordinator in South Indianapolis and I need to hire a male Stylist, so I don't know the best way specify what we want...

Any intelligent ideas out there? What is the politaly correct way to ask for a ';gay'; hair stylist in an add?
since you can't really say that you want a gay stylist as it would come across as discriminating against straight people why dont you say in the ad you want a male hairdresser who's qualified has great client skills, has great style not afraid tobe different

then when men apply for position do interviews and decide from there

its a tricky one alright but thats the only optionWhat is the politaly correct way to ask for a ';gay'; hair stylist in an add?
Hi! I would say that you can't because of the affirmative action and employment laws. Put the ad out there in terms of what you want/need, and see who applies. If your spa is focused on the male population, you could state that in your ad; that may increase the pool of applicants from which you may choose.
1. Ask for a male hair stylist - I'm sure you'll get plenty of gay ones.

2. Just ask for a gay hair stylist, no one should get offended for you calling them what they are as long as you don't mean any offense. If they're offended, they won't reply, simple as that.
I don't think there is one, sorry.

Just ask for a male stylist, you don't need to specify gay.
I'm sorry, but who he sleeps with has no bearing on his skills as a stylist.
no thats discriminating!!!
