Honey, look under the Redken people in Portland. Your search engine will pull the Redken salons in the area. Redken salons employ only the most professional, licensed stylists. They all have a lot of experience with lots of different hair types and ethnicities. They were even able to help me with my weird, wiry and thick silver hair. If they can make my very unusual hair (like none they had ever seen!) beautiful, they will make you look smashing! Good luck!

i dont know!! You could try searching japanese websites,you can do a yahoo search and find a local place,Like no more than and hour and a half away.But you could always go on vacation to japan and actually get your hair done there by an actual japanese person!!!!!!!
