Will a hair stylist bleach my hair so that it is blonde even though I've used many at home hair colorings?

I've used many at home hair colorings to lighten my black hair which is now light brown. but I want my hair to be blonde and I finally found out that they used bleach to dye your hair blonde like the celebrities and here I am using all these hair colors at home but anyway. But I was wondering if they will still be able to use the bleach on my hair even though it's been permanently colored already.
