Tell her you ';want side bangs';...tell her how short you want them to be when they're dry...what side(you can get it cut for both sides.. that should do it...
well first off pictures of what you want will help. also asking her/him to cut them dry will give you a better idea as to what they will really look like. always cut longer than you want, that way if its not right you have length to go back and try again. also communication tell them what you want and how you want to wear them. good luck.
